The Bar Gorillaz are a youth and young men's program for boys that shows them how to workout using body weight techniques while teaching dedication, discipline, drive, and determination.  This is a no cost program that is held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm, and 7:30 pm, Wednesday at 5:15 pm, and Friday at 5:30 pm.

On Shepard between Maple & Chestnut - all the way in the back.
