Bootcamp Workout Classes

These 60 minute classes form the foundation for your fitness.  They are designed so that attending Monday-Saturday, will give you a well-conditioned, toned, strong body.  However, you will benefit from attending 2-3 times per week as well.  Discuss your specific goals with Lamont so that he can give you specific instructions to reach your goals. Bootcamps vary from day to day so you never have to worry about boredom or stagnation again! 

Please wear appropriate workout attire & bring a water bottle.  You can use our mats and weights, or bring your own (5-10 lb weights 

for women & 10-20 lb weights for men).

Bar Gorillaz

This program is for boys, young men, and adult males ONLY.  The focus is gaining strength utilizing different types of bars, such as jungle gyms, parallel bars, Olympic rings, dip bars, etc.  The class is open Mon-Fri 5:30-6:30 pm and 6:30-7:30 pm.  All ability levels are welcome and the fee is $25/month.  Boys under the age of 12 are admitted based on maturity level & ability to follow directions.  Each child will be evaluated on the first visit to determine elgibility.  There is no age maximum.

Salsa classes

Every Sunday at 3pm!  This program is NOT included in your GABB membership and fees are due prior to class.  Check with Angela for current special pricing!

Other activities

1 on 1 Personal Training:  Available with Lamont or Cory and can be scheduled at the front desk.  Prices vary depending on how many times per week you would like customized training.


Fuel It Right Eating Plan: For just $10, this plan is written by a registered dietician and is not a diet.  The plan is designed for everyone (for weight loss and also toning).  It is composed of quick pre & post workout meals and snacks.  The plan is simple and is designed for people with busy schedules.


Body Composition Analysis: For just $5, The Tanita Body Composition Analyzer will provide an accurace guide to evaluate your lean body mass.  Retaining muscle and losing excess fat is the most effective way to maintain a healthy body.  This is available on the first Tuesday & Wednesday of each month from 5:30-7:30 pm.  No appointment is needed.


1 on 1 Nutrition Consultation: $25-$40 for a 30 min consultation (depending on level of detail you provide).  Please inquire at front desk.
